Not a Government Office or Records Custodian. This is a privately run reference resource. We cannot retrieve a file, certify a copy, verify anyone’s current address, or delete an entry from an official database. Those requests must go to the agency that keeps the record. Call 911 in an emergency. If stalking or harassment is occurring, contact the appropriate local law-enforcement agency.
Where to Request a Record
Indian Trail records are divided among the Town, Union County offices in Monroe, and North Carolina agencies. Use the route that matches the file:
- Deeds, plats, and marriage records: contact the Union County Register of Deeds and review Indian Trail public records.
- Court cases and estate files: contact the Union County Clerk of Superior Court or use the state eCourts search.
- Birth and death certificates: use the Union County Register for county events or NC Vital Records for statewide service.
- Voter status and voter files: use Indian Trail voter registration records and the Union County Board of Elections.
- Town staff, schools, and local listings: consult the Indian Trail directories.
- Town-created files not posted online: send a focused request to the Indian Trail Town Clerk under North Carolina Public Records Law.
